The following forms all apply to this year's robotics season. The essential forms mandatory for participation on the team are marked with an asterisk (*).
The other forms are required to attend competitions.

  10. Championship permission

Please complete and sign all appropriate forms. You may return them to Hedeff Essaid (forms@marobotics.org) or drop them off with Mr. DeCurtins in C-2.
